Returning an Item

We want you to love your Estilo purchase, so if it’s not the right fit, style, size or colour then you are welcome to return the item.

Please email within 3 days of receiving your purchase

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of the date of delivery (including weekend days) and at your cost to be eligible for the following:

Exchange – For another size or colour

Credit – Store Credit with no expiry date

Refund – via the original payment method

  1. All returned items MUST be returned in the Original Condition – Tags must be attached, Unworn and Odour Free
  2. We will require a receipt/proof of purchase
  3. Please note the following items cannot be returned – All Jewellery, Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves
  4. Footwear needs to be returned in the original box with no signs of wear.
  5. Strictly NO returns, exchanges or store credits will be offered on sale or discounted items.

  7. Shipping is at your own cost. We recommend that you use a courier to track the parcel as we are not responsible for items that are not received.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Prior to sending the item we always check the garments thoroughly for any imperfections or manufacturers faults. If for any reason the item arrives to you in less than prefect condition, please email us at  within 3 days of receiving the item.

We will investigate further and liaise with the Supplier. We will keep in contact with you regarding a repair in accordance with the supplier’s suggestion or replacement. Should a replacement not be available, we will provide a store credit or refund. If the garment is flawed, we will refund your postage costs.
