Returning an Item
We want you to love your Estilo purchase, so if it’s not the right fit, style, size or colour then you are welcome to return the item.
Please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase
- Returns must be received within 10 days of the date of delivery (including weekend days) and at your cost to be eligible for the following:
Exchange – For another size or colour
Credit – Store Credit with no expiry date
Refund – via the original payment method
- All returned items MUST be returned in the Original Condition – Tags must be attached, Unworn and Odour Free
- We will require a receipt/proof of purchase
- Please note the following items cannot be returned – All Jewellery, Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves
- Footwear needs to be returned in the original box with no signs of wear.
- Strictly NO returns, exchanges or store credits will be offered on sale or discounted items.
- Please return to Estilo Boutique, Shop 1 – 4 Eastfield Drive, Lincoln 7608, Canterbury
- Shipping is at your own cost. We recommend that you use a courier to track the parcel as we are not responsible for items that are not received.
